The Heritage - Arorangi

  • Unico in quanto questa casa privata è stata costruita appositamente per le esigenze del visitatore oltremare. Una posizione idilliaca situata sul lato occidentale dell'isola, dove le giornate si prolungano con il sole del tardo pomeriggio e l'aggiunta di bonus agli splendidi tramonti tropicali.

    La casa è composta da 3 camere da letto, cabine armadio e bagni privati si trovano nelle 2 camere da letto principali che si aprono sull'ampia e spaziosa veranda e si affacciano sulla laguna. Letti super king-size in ogni camera da letto principale, uno dei quali può essere separato in letti singoli e 2 letti singoli nella terza camera da letto. Un terzo bagno serve la terza camera da letto e il resto della casa. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. Tutte le finestre e le porte sono protette e zanzariere

    La moderna cucina con piano cottura completo, lavastoviglie, frigorifero / congelatore, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè è ben fornita di tutti gli utensili da cucina necessari per il vostro soggiorno. Nella lavanderia c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice oltre a un sacco di biancheria, asciugamani e teli mare.

    L'ampio salone / soggiorno dispone di comodi posti a sedere con TV / VCR / DVD e impianto stereo per chi resta a casa e un tavolo da pranzo al coperto può ospitare fino a sei persone. Le porte scorrevoli che si estendono sulla veranda con calde brezze marine lo rendono un clima ideale e la veranda il luogo perfetto per accendere il barbecue, intrattenere e cenare all'aperto. Due tavoli circolari da quattro pezzi completano l'esperienza culinaria all'aperto.

    Dalla veranda scendi alla piscina fresca e rinfrescante [c'è un cancello in cima alle scale per i più piccoli] e la spiaggia di sabbia bianca e la laguna blu sono dieci metri oltre. Ci sono anche una serie di lettini intorno alla piscina per prendere il sole.

    Arorangi ospita numerosi buoni ristoranti e due delle gallerie d'arte di Rarotonga. Un minimarket per le nozioni di base quotidiane è un minuto a piedi.

We had the most relaxing week, sitting on the deck watching whales and sunsets, just magic. The house is fantastic, really comfortable….only thing was the sun loungers not so comfy. The pool was fantastic and great for a freshen up after adventures round the island. We will definitely be back!

Heritage getaway

Great location, private, good facilities, brilliant pool. Only negatives were the quite weak shower pressures in two rooms, also ceiling fans locked on full speed in the two main bedrooms. Pity the sunloungers were not used as too uncomfortable and non-adjustable, so limited outdoor seating options. Overall a fantastic private getaway stay, whale displays 5 days out of 7 just off the reef. With the creature comfort items mentioned above, would be very happy to recommend.

Fantastic pool which was well used. Nice view from deck. Great facilities, washing machine, fridge etc and lots of spare towels and linen.

Heritage house .

Heritage is a nice spacious house on the west side of Rarotonga , lovely garden and sunsets. Unfortunately the beach infront is very rocky and shallow at low tide so no good for swimming or snorkelling , one needs to drive about 10minutes to an excellent beach. The pool in the garden is very clean but unheated so was very cold ! There is a nice restaurant a short walk up the beach for cocktails and dinner .

A gorgeous place right on the beach

Our family had a great holiday here. A beautiful location , great pool, spacious comfortable well equipped house & close to lots of bars & restaurants.

Awesome vacation rental

This vacation rental was a nice comfy place. Although our communication once we arrived was not stellar and the hot water and AC issues were definitely a bummer. After the fact Eddie has made fair and reasonable concessions regarding our inconveniences we would definitely book this home again. VRBO as a booking company did not help us during our stay in clearing up our issues.. the communication should have been better and I am still waiting for a resolution from VRBO. The VRBO agents were very nice over the phone but were not able to help us in our time of need. Hopefully they will contact me and clear up this issue I have with their service.

Beautiful setting

The Heritage is in one of the best sunset spots on the island. Watching the sun set every day between the palm trees is a real treat. The lagoon out from the property is quite shallow, good enough for a small dip. Nice sandy beach is great for taking a walk on, a very idyllic part of the island. The property itself is large and open plan inside, with a small functional kitchen/laundry and large dining/living area. 2 of the bedrooms have ensuites and are on opposite sides of the house, nice and private for 2 couples sharing. The 3rd bedroom has another bathroom right beside it. A few reviews have mentioned the need for some maintenance on the house, and we would agree. The outside needs a bit of paint and some guttering fixed, nothing major so its a shame this hasnt been done. The showers inside are looking tired and could do with being replaced. All in all the minor maintenance issues didn't affect our enjoyment of staying at this amazing property , we had an amazing time , just remember your earplugs!

Heritage home Rarotonga

Lovely home away from home and wonderfully situated . was lovely to be greeted with a bowl of local fruits . Kitchen well appointed with tea /coffee, large cold water dispenser . So clean, comfortable beds and plenty of linen. NOW for suggestions to the owners you need to do some maintenance on your property. Needs a clothes dryer, wouldn't want to stay over summer with air conditioner locked off . Fridge needs replacing , Downpipes falling off and main verandah columns wood rotted . For the rent you charge prehaps a sky channel on the TV the radios don't work either . We wouldn't book again nor recommend the property until maintenance is attended to

Needs some outside maintenance but the property proved ideal for mixed generation family holiday. Excellent access to beach with attractive private and quiet garden around good sized regularly cleaned pool. All facilities one requires except a bowl for washing sand off feet and a portable clothes frame for placing in the sun. Good sized gas barbecue which we used for most meals. Stroll from reasonable beach bars/restaurant. No road noise just sound of the surf.

LOVE, love, love The Heritage house!

LOVE, love, love The Heritage house! The deck railing could do with some repairs to help keep it strong and the kids safe, but the house, pool and location are awesome! Only wish there were bunks in the kids room so we can still stay there as our littilies get bigger. ?? Thanks Eddie!

What a fantastic place to stay.

What a fantastic place to stay. Some of the resorts and best restaurants within walking distance along the beach. A very picturesque spot. My children loved to play on the swing that hangs from the coconut tree on the beach. The rock pools in front of the house are great and safe for the little ones. Cannot fault this property.

Oh it is a special place , just right for a great family holiday. The house is in a great situation , swimming pool at your door step plus the beautiful beach and ocean all to yourself. The house is soo well equipped , it was great to have all those beach towels, Ta Eddie. We had a fantastic family time and made lots of happy memories. Will certainly recommend The Heritage and would Oh soo love to come and stay again. Just a great BIG THANK YOU for such an amazing place. Thanks Eddie.

Great value for money property.

Great value for money property. Six adults in our group stayed very comfortably, for 13 nights. We were delighted with the standard of cleanliness in both the house and the pool, and everything we needed was there. Really happy with the Heritage - great place to stay !!!
