Our beautiful RED House apartment building, featuring three modern vacation apartments, is located in the small, picturesque coastal town of Sveta Marina. Situated one block from the sea, it’s just a few hundred meters from the nearest beach and offers a unique view of the sea and the island of Cres.
Hikers can reach additional beaches and coves directly from the house. Many hiking trails are also nearby. In Sveta Marina, there is a small convenience store, a bakery, a beach bar, and three restaurants. Large supermarkets and many other restaurants are located in Labin, about 15 minutes away

This apartment is located in the center of our apartment building. With two bedrooms featuring box-spring beds (180x200 cm) and a magnificent view of a small bay in Sveta Marina, it accommodates four people.
The open and modern kitchen is equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer. Coffee lovers can choose between a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine. The living room features a Smart TV. The balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. Here, you can sit for hours and enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and the island of Cres. An awning provides both much-needed shade on hot days and additional privacy.
In front of the house, there’s a small barbecue area with a large dining table, where you can also socialize with the other guests.
