“The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up.”

“i was surprised that the room was not cleaned everyday. I'm not that fussy about my room being cleaned, but I would expect my coffee to be refilled and the garbage emptied each day.”

“Pool water wasn’t nice(not clear) so I wouldn’t let the kids swim. We stayed for 5 nights and they never made beds or took out garbage even after being asked. Wasn’t the cleanest to begin with but bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.”

Didn’t have one hook in the bathroom to hang anything on no sink area or vanity for you to get ready in the bathroom. It had a weird sliding door that didn’t have an actual door knob or handle. It was like a piece of metal that ran odd and if you shut it all the way it would catch, and you would be locked in...

“We stayed here one night on the last day of our vacation in the north and north west. Proximity to Spokane was the primary reason? Our room was spacious, the mattresses were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Plenty of parking on the property. Breakfast with ordinary.”
