“I am disappointed that the mattress requires an upgrade, as the bed sags in the middle and caused me a sleepless night. My daughter and her husband experienced the same issue in the adjacent room. I am disheartened because the reviews I read did not reflect these problems.”

“Upgraded to a 1st floor 1-bedroom unit which was excellent. However, there were some air conditioning units outside the bedroom window that were very noisy all through the night (and day). Also the noise of both adjacent units running showers was extremely loud.”

“Whilst the accommodation was well priced, the room was filthy. Thick dust on all room surfaces and the shower was full of mould along with the shower curtain. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable.”
