“For my needs it was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was dated and a little worn, but it was very clean. The shower worked great. No issues with hot water. The beds were worn-out, but clean. I had no issues sleeping during the day, the room was well insulated. The a/c worked great.”

“Shower didn’t work and wasn’t notified that it would be tub only.”

“The comfort of the room was ok, good for one night, but there was visible signs that the room was not kept up. The fan in the bathroom was so full of dust, not sure it served any purpose. Had a few bugs running around the floor, but it’s Texas, a few bugs is normal. We were 3 people and only towels for 2. But besides that, if it came down to it, we would stay there again for a night. It was quiet and peaceful, no disturbance and you have food and restaurants close by. ”

“Stayed here as a family for convenience and peace of mind while our son attended sports international football camp in Denton. The best part of our stay is that this location is pet-friendly, and we had a wonderful experience as a family. Our 6-month-old French bulldog had a blast meeting other dog friends.”

“Good price we stayed at 204 on second floor room is very clean including the bathroom and tub, very accessible. We didn’t hear the noise from the highway. We like it because you don’t have to use 1-35 you can use the other route once the hwy construction is done be a plus. I noticed they eliminate the swimming pool. Just needs some outside landscaping”
