“We stayed there for three nights. It was okay for the price paid. ”

“Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.”

“It was clean and the staff were friendly BUT you could hear everything. Up all night from noises. People flushing their toilet, etc.”

“The first room we were assigned was visibly filthy. The second room wasnt truly an upgraded but we managed. The grounds area was not upkept especially being located downtown. They constantly ran out of towels and housekeeping were very unprofessional and rude when asked for extras. The elevators were down the entire weekend. There were creepy crawlers indicating the cleanliness of the building. ”

“When I booked the hotel from Expedia, the listing said the parking was free. Then I checked-in to the hotel & the hotel charged me parking fee. The manager refused to give me a refund. I was charged for Wifi even though hotel staff assured me I won't be charged for it since I used free wifi during my stay. This hotel pushes false charges on customers after they check-in. “For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
