“Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side. The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled. The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever...

“The place was run down. It smell like stale smoke. It was dirty . Did not look like picture that were advertised . There was no fridge in the room. The bathroom was disgusting . I would not recommend it to anyone.”

“I checked in late (11:30p) so I had somewhere to stay near the airport for an early flight (7am). The check in experience was fine, the attendant was nice. When I got to the room though, I turned on the light and immediately saw 3 bugs scurry away - 1 under the TV stand and 2 under the cooktop stove. I thought I imagined it so I looked at the cooktop and could still see 1 of them and it was a small cockroach. I immediately left, contacted Expedia and the hotel, and stayed at a Marriott down...

“Check in staff did not make us feel welcome, provide any orientation of the property or how to get to the rooms. Treated me like a criminal and made me pay two different deposits one for each room despite both rooms booked on the same reservation. Room was dirty, lamp shades were bent and damaged, no toilet paper and the TV didn't work. I have never had to pay a deposit on a room ever, and this place was so run down. I booked three nights and only stayed one, had it not been so late and hadn't...

“Hotel Zazz is a wonderful gem. It is decorated with bright, creative local art works-even the soap bars are locally curated! The room was very clean and staff kept it well stocked. The Speakeasy bar was a hit! Loved the energy and the location—I highly recommend Hotel Zazz!”

La camera era davvero fatiscente, non c era un angolo che fosse decente, il condizionatore era vecchissimo, la moquette sporca, nel bagno degli insetti..in piu mancava di qualunque confort, non c era nulla! Ne il microonde ne il frigorifero ne il phon ( ne ho chiesto uno alla reception e me l hanno dato non funzionante) ne bollitore.. All arrivo all una il personale in malo modo ci ha detto che il check in apre alle 15 e non ci hanno concesso neanche di stare nella sala...

“Handy hotel near the airport and great value. Staff were excellent , room clean and breakfast including more continental but with a few hot items and waffle maker. They have an airport shuttle as well that we did not use. Would absolutely recommend for the price.”
