“smelled like cat pee paint was peeling in the room no fridge no dresser no microwave looked like a plain hospital room will never stay at one of these again”

“We were in town for a family event. Your hotel is very centrally located. The rooms were nice, the pool looked inviting. The desk staff in the evening seemed less than enthusiastic”

“The location was just where we needed to be. The facilities and the staff were excellent. The only points that could be improved was that there wasn't a towel rack or hook near the sink so we had to leave the hand towel laying on the counter and although the room was so clean it smelled of disinfectant, which while reassuring of cleanliness, took overnight with the window open to clear. A balancing act. Glad it was spotless, but . . . I would recommend the facility, cleanliness and...

“The iron didnt work. They didnt clean my room saturday. I had to call front desk to get towels and have trash removed Staff was friendly They brought me a working iron”

“Everything was out in the breakfast buffet. There was no one around to refill anything. Even the coffee was empty. Room was not a suite, even though they call it a suite. No swimming pool. No hot tub. Not even a workout room. If you want to stay here to sleep, that's all it's good for!!!”

“Great hotel, it just wasn't good for my mother, who is on oxygen. The elevator isn't accessible to all rooms, so I switched rooms with her so she could be by an elevator”
