“The room wasn't clean, the bed was very uncomfortable, phone didn't work, the heat was turned up on High you couldn't breath when you first walked in the door. I booked a room somewhere else when my stay was up. I refused to stay a third night their.”

“Outdoor pool was nice and kids had a blast. There was a pool port that had an incredible suction on the side of the pool that is a major safety hazard. Feared one of our children’s hair getting caught in it. We notified night shift staff and day shift staff before checkout. Hopefully it was repaired quickly. The rooms were the largest we’ve ever had. AC was cool, laundry available. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“We appreciate the breakfast that was preceded. But it was hot inside the breakfast area, no air conditioning. We liked that the room was clean. But the bed was over used and worn out. Not comfortable.”
