“Our room was so hot. Had the air conditioning set to the coldest setting but could not sleep from the hot room. Called front desk and was told to check the setting was not on heat. Not helpful.”

“Very comfortable, staff very polite and extremely accommodating. They extended our stay by a night for the same price after I missed it while booking. They made sure we do not have to move rooms.
