“Struttura molto bella elegante di gusto europeo. Tutto molto curato. Camera ampia pulita con vista sul bellissimo giardino. Piscina grande in riva al mare. Bella spiaggia, purtroppo poco balneabile, con acqua non molto pulita e abbondanti meduse. Buono il ristorante e ottima colazione. Servizio cortese e efficiente. Unico neo un po'fuori mano.”

“Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. ”

“Location is not closed to Mũi Né as expected.”

“No access to the beach. They don’t serve cocktails only beer. Breakfast buffet - eggs and one soup was good. I didn’t really liked anything else. (But maybe that’s just me) There were mosquitos over the eggs and pancake station. The valet guy is very friendly tho. ”

“Very nice hotel and excellent staff. Had an issue with ants in my 7th floor room and the refrigerator either wasn’t plugged in or not cooling. Water temperature fluctuates badly.”

“The room was very small for two people. The staff were excellent, location interesting. My only complaint was there seemed to be no sound proofing, we could clearly hear what was going on in adjoining rooms and the dinging of elevator during the evening.”

“The villa was excellent, everyone involved was very attentive and responsive. We had a great stay!”

“Staff was great! Hotel was horrible. -Pool water was green. -Very small room -Bathtub has no curtains so water flies everywhere onto the floor. -No outlets in the bathroom to use hairdryer/curlers. -Very few outlets in the room. -Breakfast was terrible. Very few options. -Hard to get some ice for your drinks. We will not be back!”
