“The hotel ambience is a mix between a college dormitory and a minimum security prison: spare concrete hallways and tile floors, industrial-style furnishings. Think functional, utilitarian, not cozy. IKEA-esque. Breakfasts were just okay: one automatic espresso machine for 50 guests, always running low on beans; two hard-working cooks struggling to keep up with the line-up for morning eggs, nothing covered with sneeze guards. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at At Home Hotel in Ximending, Taipei. The staff were very nice and considerate, always making me feel welcome and taken care of. I especially appreciated the comfortable lounge area, which was a great place to relax, along with the free water provided for guests. The hotel also offers free laundry, which was very convenient during my trip. The room and common areas were quiet, clean, and felt very safe, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again...
