“Breakfast was basic but had a variety. This was a perfect location for those visiting both Gunnison & Black Canyon. A very reasonable price! ”

“Very affordable nice place to stay. Breakfast experience- incredibly clean and tidy. Nice simple choices . Front desk staff were exceptional! We were visiting our son at college and the hotel is practically on the schools property. Our son could just walk over from his dorm . Beautiful trails all around ! Very nice experience!”

“Despite the recent upgrade the bed and pillows were hard. The air conditioner quit in the middle of the night. There was no hot water for showers. ”

“Room very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Did not use amenities.”

“Check in was quick and easy, parking was good. The room was clean, shower pressure was great. Great location, can walk to bars and restaurants. Only complaint was the vanity light did not work and turned on and off randomly. I did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. The motel is older but was great for the weekend. ”

“Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”

“Excellent front person , Christopher gave some good advise about dinnning and acccess to the concert. Very convenient to the crested butte arts center site of that night's show. Closevto Elk Ave business district. charming. Not fancy but it was a perfect ski town stay. ”

“Great location and an exceptionally comfortable room. It was our second stay here. Unfortunately, there was an EDM concert in the lowest level of the property (a bar). It was loud until well after midnight. ”

“Easy access to slopes, restaurant/bar and nearby bus into town for evening meals out. Enjoyed a spa treatment and a few dips in the outdoor hot tub to ear the muscles. Perfect.”

“Virtually no staff. Everything else was adequate. Was fine for one night would not stay longer . Breakfast was nothing special. Cold cereal and microwave sandwiches. ”
