“Gallup è una cittadina interessante appena fuori dell'Arizona attorno alla route 66. L'hotel è un paio di km fuori dal centro, verso est, comodissimo se andate a vedere gli eventi che si svolgono al Red Rocks Park (Intertribal, mongolfiere, ecc).”

“When we arrived to our room, it was way to hot and the air was not on. Took most of the night to finally cool down. Someone else's food was left in the fridge from a prior stay and when we wanted coffee in the a.m there was stagnant water that left a slimey residue.”

“The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!”

“I am very thankful for the front desk staff at this location. We arrived VERY late due to the Amtrak train being delayed. The front desk guy was super helpful and got us checked in quickly. A different front desk guy was super helpful in getting me to Enterprise the next morning for a rental. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.”

“Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the...
