“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Tienanmen. Quartiere molto tranquillo. La via è pedonale quindi bisogna camminare qualche centinaia di metri con le valige.”

“Un bellissimo hotel con una posizione eccezionale. È vicinissimo alla piazza Tien’anmen e alla città proibita che sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ha due stazione metro comodissime. Ed è a un passo dalla via dei negozi Wangfujing. Gli spazi comuni dell’hotel sono magnifici. Le stanze molto grandi. Magari qualche aggiornamento al bagno e al sistema di controllo delle luci sarebbe necessario ma resta un hotel eccezionale, per livello di servizi e posizione. ”

“Excelente estancia. El hotel no es muy acogedor ni se siente ambiente familiar. Su apariencia es más bien de hotel ejecutivo. Pero cumple con todo lo que promete. Muy limpio, buen precio, buena ubicación, el personal amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo totalmente para estancias breves de turismo o de negocios.”

“The main issue i had with this stay was based on a mistake of mine, i thought it would be closer to interesting points (e.g. temple of heaven) than it really was. any attraction we went to see in Beijing essentially required a taxi, and a longer one than i had hoped.”

“The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They saw you are approaching to the entrance, they will came over to open door for you. They will greet you every time at the lobby and concern how was your day and trip. Candy, cookies, flower tea and drinking water available at lobby. There is self service laundry available for hotel guest. The breakfast are good and with some choices and instant cook hot food (noodles). The bed is comfort and size is good enough for 2 big luggages. The hotel...

“Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in”

“The hotel is fine. There’s nothing inherently wrong with it. I would be careful booking through a 3rd party like Expedia because it might not have accurate information. I booked through here, but once I arrived at the hotel they didn’t have the room I booked. They also told me checkout was 12pm not 2pm like my reservation said. It seems there’s some miscommunication between Expedia’s reservation system and theirs. Just be aware. Also, the rooms aren’t 100% soundproof. You can hear everything...

“Staff could not speak English but did try to communicate through translation apps which we really appreciated. Standard ammenities. Room could be a bit more spacious and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, okay stay.”
