“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Albergo top e dotato di ogni confort, con una fermata della metropolitana a 500m. Unica pecca (se bisogna trovarne) personale molto gentile e disponibile, ma non in grado di parlare inglese in alcun modo. Problema gestito con un macchinario per traduzione istantanea, ma che lasciava una macchinositá nella comunicazione. Veramente consigliato!”

“Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in”

Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. “excellent location to visit city, close by to temple of heaven (still bit of a walk) and close enough to underground system to visit the rest of the city, which also means easy to get to pickup points of tours at other underground stations on same line or minimal changes”
