“The toilet was leaking, the skirting boards in the bathroom looked in need of some paint, the mattress/quilt/pillows were all badly stained”

“Lovely spacious room. Very clean. Slight mix up with keys on arrival, but was sorted after phone call. Only minor grumble, advertised as having toiletries but there wasnt any.”

“A lovely hotel in a fantastic location in Whitby, with beautiful views over the sea and harbour. From the moment I arrived, Zed and his team were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making me feel right at home.
