“The staff are very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. Very very comfortable bed. Nice view from the balcony. The only issues we had were a noisy fan in the bathroom that couldn’t be turned off and the shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom and looked yucky.”

“Training close by in industrial zone, nice to find a clean, pleasant and reasonably modern studio. Easy breakfast and dinner close by and small gym helped us once we arrived to get some moving in after the travel.”

“I’ve stayed here twice now it always feels comfortable and safe. Also being able to park your car right outside your door is great too. Rooms are lovely and clean with room to walk around .”

“We booked the Alcyone for a friends party being held at Eagle farm racecourse and Alcyone location was within close proximity. Couldn’t fault anything, rooms clean and comfortable, easy checkin and communication. Would highly recommend and stay again if the opportunity arises.”

“This was a one night stopover between flights. We chose it based on other reviews and proximity to airport as well at the availability of a two room apartment. It was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy, direct link to taxis and walk to nearby cafes.”

“Location is great. Cleaning isn’t good, there was a lot of hair from another person on the bathroom floor, tiles in the kitchen were full of mouldy grout. Laundry area hadn’t been cleaned at all.”

“Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next.”
