“I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room. “The room was very clean and big enough with a decent sized bed, small sink and bar fridge, sofa, coffee table and bathroom. The breakfast box was handy too with cereal, milk, juice and mini Carmen bars. Staff was very helpful with holding our bags and printing our documents. ”

“I was so impressed with the quality. The place was clean, luxurious, spacious, and very well-maintained. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was Easter, and they had the cutest little Easter chocolates and themed towels! We’ll definitely be coming back this is the place we’ll return to without a doubt. ”

“Easy parking and check in. Room was quiet and clean with bottled water, chocolates and biscuits along with coffee and tea. Only down side was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Also when returning to the property after a concert around midnight we were able to enter the lift lobby and go up to our floor without swiping a card. Just swiping to access our room. All team members were extremely helpful and engaging to deal with. Breakfast was very good with pricing similar to local cafes.”
