“So glad to have discovered this place- off the main roads. The whole experience was great- staff were lovely, dogs were made welcome too! Like stepping into an Agatha Christie movie, beautiful furnishings of an era in history. The grounds were well maintained and we loved the Monet Garden - with deer resting near the pond, all very magical. Definitely worth an annual visit ”

“My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and again the night after, our room on both nights were quiet as they were on the 3rd and 4th floor. the bed was a king bed and very comfortable and even though there was a glass door to the bathroom it was still private. The check in staff were very helpful and pleasant. There is a starbucks in the hotel which is perfect for a nice tea or coffee and a snack. My husband and I went for a meal in there bar and grill which was lovely. There...

“The concierge was an absolute gem. I forget his name, but loved him so much I took a picture with him. Very helpful and they had everyone who was getting a taxi for the cruise ports down to a science. ”
