“Air conditioning is amazing beds very comfortable but had to check out on the 2nd night at 11pm due to the noise level from a function on & we were right above it! So really spoiled it, no rooms to change was offered! Not good when you have an autistic child with you and had to drive home which was a 3hour drive! ”

“Unfortunately the hotel car park was full on arrival, so had to pay £21 to park on the road. One of my wing mirror's ( adjacent to the pavement) was deliberately smashed overnight. I did manage to park in the hotel car park on Saturday, however I will not risk coming back to the hotel again. The incident spoilt the weekend. ”

“It’s a 3 star hotel that doesn’t pretend to be anything other. It’s clean. The food is good and the staff are very helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. It was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided us with a fan. Great place to stay”

“As soon as we arrived the staff where very welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremly comfortable. It was my friends birthday. When we got into our room there was a birthday card and vouchers for the bar in our room. Which i though was a lovely touch. The tapas food at the bar/resturant was lovely. Recommeded place to stay for a welcoming vibe and chilled trip to Bournemouth ”
