“Bella struttura con camere ampie; pulita.
Unico difetto troppo rumorosa; abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception, ma pur avendoci cambiato stanza il problema non è stato risolto. Vengono offerti tappi per le orecchie agli ospiti, ma sarebbe opportuno intervenire sul problema dell'impianto di condizionamento. ”

“Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort.

“Breakfast they were out of coffee out of everything but when you did get something, it was OK. They were having a hard time, keeping things stocked .The hot tub wasn’t working . The one thing we where looking forward to ”
