“The room and hotel was clean for the most part but there is definitely some noticeable wear and tear in the common areas. The walls are thin, we could hear every cough and sneeze from the person in the room next to us. My biggest complaint though is with the staff interactions. During check in, I stood there and waited for 10 minutes while 3 workers at the front desk avoided eye contact and ignored me as best they could. There were no other customers, just me.
