“We arrived at 6:15 PM for a 4PM check in, which we had confirmed prior. After a day of exploring the coast, we wanted nothing more than to shower and then have dinner. Too or dismay, our room was not ready. When I confirmed that our check in was 4 the response was .yes, but we are very busy. Not acceptable. Time in our oceanfront room was cut short. “I booked a double queen bed room and it was great. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and make up remover, which was convenient. The pool and hot tub hours end at 11.”

“The staff was super friendly. There was a chipped tile in the pool and our daughter cut her foot on it. The lady at the front desk did provide us with first aid stuff. It was very nice to have views of the water and food and groceries were in walking distance.”

“Bathroom and room and overall property is old and not very clean and maintained. Breakfast is not good and not suitable for kids.”
