“Large sports book lounge to watch games with amazing view from soft swivel chairs. Many choices for restaurants for variety from chain to fine dining a good mix. Pool area was spatious with multiple entrances to water from main door and chairs with padding for sitting or tanning.”

“Nice hotel, a little distant from the main touristy area and the glitz and glamour of the strip and downtown fremont.”

“Staff will ask you to check out due to harassment from other guests, even with animals - before trying to fix the issue at the property. Will not assist with security regarding people bothering you at your room, and staff is very rude and ignorant. I’d recommend any issues are reported to Metro so they can request video footage - but management is scarce and is the only there sometimes - so if there is a major issue, nothing can be done until in the morning. And will not be the location to work...

“Upon check in the lobby looked nice and the staff was pleasant. Once we got to our room and opened the door there was a weird smell in the room. My boyfriend make a cup of coffee in the room and the coffee pot smelled like it was on fire. The coffee and tea tasted burnt. On our way out that night we stopped by the front desk to ask for a different coffee pot. The gentleman behind the desk replied he couldn't do anything about it until morning when housekeeping came in. No one ever brought...

“Air/fan didn’t work and the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I was done showering, the water was ankle deep . If I was staying more than one night I’d of informed staff, since my stay was short and I was exhausted I just dealt with it.”

“Area is nice, clean, quiet and safe. The Towneplace Suites by Marriott is literally right across from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Staff were nice & friendly. The room is very spacious, microwave, fridge & coffee maker included. Bathroom is also nice and large and the sink area is located outside the bathroom/toilet/shower area which is nice and convenient. However, it would be nice if there was an outlet to plug in a nightlight for late night toilet use. You have to turn on the lights...
