“The rooms were clean and the staff was great. The complementary breakfast was good. The service at the restaurant was OK. The male individual who brought our drinks was not nice, but the waitress was very nice. I did not use the casino, but it was clean. The barber was phenomenal. He did a great job cutting my husband‘s and son‘s hair.”

“The booking said I could reserve with no obligation. Ended up booking a different room and they charged me for the night plus taxes even though I called and let them know. Did not work with me at all did not call me back. I think the whole book with no obligation is a scam beware”

“Upon check -in, super easy and efficient but what made it above and beyond was that the hotel staff fulfilled my request for a conjoined room. I have a family of 6 so having the peace of mind that my children was just a conjoined door away eased my anxiety. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My kids loved making their own waffles and then to add the whip cream and sprinkles, they were in sugar heaven.”

“Hotel molto curato con camere a tema. Ottima pulizia. Caffè e tè a disposizione dalle 5 del mattino. Bellissimo il museo interno dedicato alla costruzione della Hoover Dam. Ampio parcheggio esterno. Posizione centrale vicino a negozi e ristoranti. ”

“To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards. Good thing I always bring my own cleaning supplies! The bed itself seemed to be fairly clean but considering...

“We stayed like 2 years prior and wow did it decline, we actually had 2 room and one of the main front door of the room had like a 1in gap in it , no toiletries or towels - acted like handing out gold when asking for towels. Some staff was nice some were rude !”

“It was cheap and worth the price, not a great place to spend night. I was terrified of the environment and my daughter couldn't sleep on the bed because of the poor quality and the smells from the bed. I will never dream of going there. The location and environment doesn't seem safe.”
