“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Terrible location. Would not stay there again because of that. I don’t eat breakfast but it looked like it was enjoyed by the other guests.”

“Just an absolutely terrible experience. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. “No coffee in the room Coffee bar was supposed to be open 24 hr, however no one was available at 8:30 am The person at the reception desk pretending not to see us , so after waiting for about 20 min we decided to leave”

“The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh.”
