Hotel vicino a Regal Louisiana Boardwalk - Bossier City

“The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...

“Internet was spotty at best. Restaurants closed both nights there (T/W). Yet very clean and spacious room and nice staff.”

“Room was clean, but shower was lacking grab bars. At my age it makes a difference. Just wasn't the experience I expected from this class casio. Out side the ground around the front entrance was littered with cigarette buts. It was the experience we wanted on my birthday, of which I don't have many left. The view was the highlight of the trip. Will spend my money elsewhere when we come back to town.”

“This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. Fortunately, another hotel was accommodating and allowed me to pay to stay there from...

“A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed.”

“This hotel lacks corporate investment. The rooms are clean, but amenities are scarce. There is just one fast food restaurant in this casino and Cattleman restaurant is open for 4 hours day and no room service or breakfast on site. You have to pray for door dash. The Louisiana Board walk is Zombie movie set. I was so disappointed. Food was aweful. I went to KFC and went back Texas.”

“This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.”

“Always our choice while in Shreveport. Close to the events we go to. We like having the convenient parking garage, rooms are clean, staff is friendly.”

“Smooth check-in. Clean rooms. Staff was excellent. The only thing was they could do better with the breakfast, not very fresh or tasty.”

“There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room.”

“Extremely dirty parking lot. The hallway and the elevator of the hotel haven't been swept in days. Windows have not been cleaned. Our toilet wooden flush in our sink stopped up constantly. The room was very humid. The room was clean compared to the rest of the hotel. Check out time is at 11:00. At 8:00 a.m. I had to check out to catch a plane. No one was there to issue me my deposit back. I've tried to call and they won't return my calls and they won't answer the phone. They use a voicemail...

“Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1. No refund for the 2nd night, even though Expedia told them to. Foreigners, am I right? Should've got refunded for the entire stay honestly. Entire place is trash. From the baseboards to the curtain slides to the flickering lights. Whole place smells like smoke. I highly recommend.... literally anywhere else.”
