Hotel vicino a Regal Sherman Oaks Galleria - Los Angeles

“Soggiorno confortevole non lontano da Studio City in una zona ben servita e tranquilla. Hotel ristrutturato da poco in stile anni ‘50/60, semplice ma fornito di tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in una stanza famigliare in cui forse avrei aggiunto un punto luce all’entrata (l’unica luce disponibile a soffitto era sul secondo letto e l’interruttore era vicino al letto, spostato dall’entrata e a metà stanza). Ok la colazione.”

“Nice hotel but the black out curtain does not cover the whole window and the sun streams in through the side of the curtain. (This cost a star on the rating.) Breakfast was not included. Charge to park in garage, but plenty of street parking for free! Location is good if you are in the area. Not great depending on where you need to go in LA. But good for my family and friends. Gym is 3 machines and some weights. TV did not work on the treadmill. Makes for a boring workout.”

“Soda machine is cash only, ice machine was out of order and I highly suggest bringing your own shampoo, soap, etc. As far as the actual room goes, we had 4 adults in a double queen room and there was plenty of space for us. TV, AC and mini fridge all worked. The shutters over the windows did a great job of keeping it dark in the morning and cooler throughout the day. Much better than the curtains at other hotels/motels. “The room is not clean and does not have the amenities that it says the room in the photos has, the room does not look anything like what appears in its photos and it has animals in addition to that.There is no security as such and you are exposed to many things”

“Una tragedia totale a partire da chi era al desk in reception che ha creato problemi durante la prenotazione (facendoci spendere il doppio), nell'assegnazione della camera, nel ignorare tutti i problemi sin dal primo minuto. Ho letteralmente buttato soldi, non sono riuscito a dormire neanche 1 ora per i problemi che avevo segnalato. “I would never stay in this hotel ever again. The place was dirty, they don’t have any non smoking room. I was switched over to a different room because the first room had cigarette ashes on top of the Ac. No iron to iron my clothes, place was dirty, the lady working the front is not friendly at all. Will not recommend this place to any one. Book at your own risk! The pillows had hairs as well.”
