“There were pet urine stains on carpet and the allergens of pets in the room. Long black hairs in the bathroom and juice or coffee drops that had not been wiped off the bed end table. It was not cleaned well but the hotel was nice. Other than the allergens and urine stained floor the room was nice, everything in the room appeared new.”

“We did not get the room we booked and paid for they switched rooms and not even tell us. It was so loud. We couldn’t sleep the wonderful girl at the desk said she was gonna recommend that they credited us to full amount and the manager would call me. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing and I’ve called twice. Would never stay there again.”

“I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the room had a very strong smoke odor when I arrived. The bed was sagging and uncomfortable, and the curtains didn’t block the outside light well enough. Overall, it was very difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.”
