“There were pet urine stains on carpet and the allergens of pets in the room. Long black hairs in the bathroom and juice or coffee drops that had not been wiped off the bed end table. It was not cleaned well but the hotel was nice. Other than the allergens and urine stained floor the room was nice, everything in the room appeared new.”

“I am very angry because I paid for the hotel specifically to enjoy the pool with my children, only to find out it was closed. I always book a hotel with a pool, but it turned out there wasn't one available, and I haven't received a refund.”
