“The pros: The place was clean, and seemed safe. The beds were very comfortable and afforded a good night sleep. The lake front was nice. The tv was also large. Property is close to the movie theater and lots of shopping. Cons: Shade in room was broken in the down position. Staff knew about it, but did not fix it. Breakfast was meh. The usual self serve waffles, eggs, and sausage you would get for free at a Holiday Inn, or Best Western, yet they charge $13. The water in the shower took 30...

“We chose Hyatt because it was close to the airport. We had an extremely early flight to catch. I hadn’t noticed on the list of amenities they offered shuttle service to the airport. The charge was only $15 per night which was reasonable. They dropped us at the airport door. We called when we landed and they picked us in a timely manner. We highly recommend and will stay again.”

“10/10 Beautifully renovated hotel close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Excellent staff, breakfast buffet and jacuzzi. The only thing missing is an EV charger”
