“Overall, the property was pretty nice. Breakfast was good, much as you would expect at any Hampton Inn. Most of the staff were very kind, courteous, and helpful. One was a bit aloof. My biggest disappointment was that the pool was broken, so I didn't get to use it for my entire trip. They claimed it had just broken recently, but the pool was quite green and looked like it had been down for weeks.”

“Crooks. They called us the morning of our check-in while we were traveling to tell us they are undergoing major construction from morning to evening with water outages, long elevator delays, and loud construction. We were traveling for a wedding and needed to be able to clean up before the wedding. They said construction started February 16, but only notified us the day of Check-in, again, while we were traveling. I requested a refund and they told us to contact Expedia, but there was no...

“We've stayed here several times over the last few years and quiet hotel in a good area. Has always been very clean with friendly staff.”

“Booked a lake view room and ended up with room 134. Windows were tint with a blurred out film and we got not see the lake. Lake view rooms are extra and I was very disappointed we had no view and lower level. SMH!”
