I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is...

“Workers were amazing, special thanks to them. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was enough and tasty. Only minus; walls were non sound-proof. There were gap between roof and rooms, easy for insects to get in. The rest were so good. Again, we are really loved the warm-heart workers.”
