“Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO...

“We stayed here for 2 days and i noticed a few reviews that had me questioning my decision in booking it. But it was better than i expected. Small issues were the ice machines not working and the one in the lobby was empty. The elevators were so slow we have to take the stairs that lead outside behind the hotel. The positive were the rooms were clean, they gave us water bottles when we checked in and the breakfast was SO GOOD. So many options for their continental breakfast that was restaurant...

“Truly an amazing hotel, this is our second time staying here for an event in San Jose and this time we had a group of 8 rooms and everyone loved the hotel. Breakfast is yummy, the rooftop is perfect. He had a bbq on one dude and there was a wedding party taking pictures on the other. It was really nice. Rooms are nice and clean”

“Property was in a really convenient location. My only gripe is that you have to pay an extra $15 a night to park there ”

“The owner is super nice and you notice a big difference between staying at a corporate owned hotel.The property is lined with lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowers which he takes very well care of. Everything is very clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! Nice also to park right in front of your room.”

“The hotel room is super clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It is very convenient; near San Jose Airport. It provides free bus shuttle, great driver. I will book the same hotel if I need to travel to San Jose. Thank you.”

“Hotel nuovo e molto pulito vicinissimo all’aeroporto ed all’autostrada. Staff gentile e professionale. Colazione varia e completa ( dolce, salato, caldo freddo) molto buona. Camere ben insonorizzate e ben arredate e pulite. Attrezzate di tutto il necessario con una cucina completa. Servizi adeguati alla categoria, lavanderia self-service, piscina, angolo barbecue all’aperto, parcheggio a pagamento. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene, quindi lo consiglio a tutti.”

“It’s a gorgeous setting around the pool and jacuzzi. A paradise with the palms and flowers. It’s a tiny bit run down. Needs new chairs at pool. The staff is amazing- room service, so helpful in many ways! Nice to have a restaurant on site! Price is great. Felt very safe as a single woman. Always stay there when I’m in town.”
