“Stayed in room in Tower 1, the hotel needs a renovation, room is dated, shower screen in bathroom is filled with water marks.. however the service and friendliness of hotel staff made up for the dated hotel property”

“I reserved a room with a King bed and it only had a queen. It was supposed to be a pool view room, but the room had no window. It looked like the room was built in the '60s and never had a remodel. There were no bathing products (Shampoo, Conditioner, or Body Wash). There was no Hair Dryer. The shower was so small, it was hard for me to take a shower, I'm 5'9". The only good thing about the room was its location and the 10% discount at the attached restaurant. ”
