“Very accurate listing and had all the little touches that made this the perfect spot for a couples getaway. Host was communicative but not over the top, view was fantastic and studio was beautifully appointed. Great location as easy walk to the beach for sunset. Smart tv and Bluetooth speaker meant we were happy going out or staying in. Will book again!”

“My son and I had a great time visiting the area.The accom is modern, clean and in a great location.I definitely got the impression that the hosts take a lot of pride in what they offer.Off street parking and access to the dwelling is super good.I'm not a massive fan of needing to create a stayz login etc. to communicate with a property. Maybe there's a way around that, but I don't like having to create passwords etc. just to ask a question”

“My partner and I were looking for somewhere close to Margaret River and privacy which is exactly what Patricia’s Studio delivers. A cute and cosy cottage style place for two with a gorgeous courtyard where all we could hear were the surrounding animals. We absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. Thank you so much, it really made my birthday weekend a truly special one!”
