ApartHotel a Kinki

“Great value for money. 3 rooms on 2nd floor and 1st floor is common area with toliet, shower, kitchen, refrigerator. Traditional Japanese style room. Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. Place is located on the side of small car road, not inside. Search '清舎' on google map.”

“フロントの方は丁寧で親切で、好印象です。 近くに駅やショッピングモール、飲食店があるので、食事や買い物には困りませんでした。 部屋はごく普通ですが、ユニットバス、ウォッシュレット無しなので、それが我慢できる人はOKかな。”

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent experience with the staff, very nice and helpful. Central position. Very recommended!”

“The bathroom was the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life. It was alright and all and bath was good but the doors were completely transparent and there was no way to lock the bathroom meaning if you were on the toilet or showering people could barge in and disturb which really made it terrible and annoying.”

“Clean room good area and helpful staff”

“My family and I really liked staying here. It’s a short walk from the station and right across a convenience store. We weren’t sure how to get back in the hotel to retrieve our bags after we’ve checked out but the same hotel across the street had a front desk person and assisted us. Highly recommend to stay in this area if you want to stay somewhere quieter than namba.”

“Perfect for the 1 night we stayed after a whole day of travelling. Very close to Osaka Kansai airport & easy access to property from there. Room was lovely & clean. Bed was super comfy & great shower! Stairs were steep to get suitcase up but managed. Close to a lovely beach - Marble beach - for a morning walk.”
