“The breakfast buffet was extravaganza! I never seen that much extent of options and they were top notch! It is a big hotel so they had to limit time so we got busy exploring different items. We did not have dinner there but I wonder what it would have been like. We went out to a local mom and pop bar. The immediate area did not seem to have many options for eating out though.
The hot spring bath was nice. We enjoyed going between inside and olhalf-outside baths. We didn't do this but saw...
“What a delightful place to stay! Cannot praise the staff enough! They were all so helpful, friendly and accomodating. Some English speaking staff, who were honestly the best we met in our two week stay in Japan. We were told that they don’t get many English-speaking visitors and we were the only ones there, which my teen son and I loved. We love immersing in the Japanese experience when visiting, and this hotel definitely offered this.

“This is such a great place to ski/snowboard. The hotel is great and has a lot of space, theirs a lot to do in the hotel also besides being outside in the snow. The onsen and massage is great also and add the breakfast and dinner to your stay, you won’t regret it! It’s very peaceful and relaxing and we enjoy coming here. Can’t wait to come back!”
