“Noch kein Pool vorhanden, auch kein Fitnesscenter! Das Frühstücksbuffet gab es nur dann, wenn genug Gäste im Hotel waren. Die Internet-Geschwindigkeit bei Buchung war mit über 250mbit/s angegeben, ich erreichte meistens nur 70-80mbit/s. Personal war wirklich top, bis auf eine Einzige Person. Diese war sehr damit beschäftigt zu Lügen, um jemanden zu beruhigen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade wegen einer nicht funktionierenden Waschmaschine. Das war wirklich Top.”

“So, the reviews surprised me. Mainly because the staff was NOT friendly. Good thing we only stayed 2 nights. Also, the bathrooms toilet bowl water smelt like feces terribly! I don’t know if it’s the sewer water that’s connected or it’s just getting a deep clean. We literally had to put the freshener on the toilet lid.”

Everyday cleaning service and clean towels were making me feel so happy once I was back to my hotel room. Every day, 1 liter of complimentary Turkish mineral water was a simple, polite amenity.
