“My father in law is disabled and the staff went above and beyond for him. They were very considerate about his needs which was just so thoughtful and kind. “Disappointed with Expedia. I booked two nights here and I was asked by my company to stay an extra day so when I went to book an extra night in the apex I was shocked to learn it would cost me £160 per night without breakfast. The first two days I booked was £127 per night + £14 parking fee. So when I tried to book an extra night Expedia had bumped the price up to £160 per night . I checked and there were plenty of rooms available so there was no excuse . Absolute disgrace! ”
