“Hotel prenotato da Baden Baden alla sera un po troppo tardi, siamo comunque riusciti ad ancora mangiare cena servita fino alle 21. Personale disponibile e cordiale. L'albergo necessita di una ristrutturazione.”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“We spent 1 month in 7 countries and Mosella Inn and the surrounding area was the best of all! Great food, very clean, the staff was very helpful. Of all the hotels this was the only one that did not provide soap in the bathrooms. ”

“The room is really super-small. Apart of it, il all new and well kept. Bathroom is compact but shower is large and comfortable. I appreciate the fact that this structure accept dogs !. Overall was ok for one night, while i was on travel. ”

Unfortunately we did not dine at the nicely set up white-linen Restaurant except breakfast. We were unaware (or did not read the fine prints) that we should have called ahead if we are arriving after 6 PM on the first night of check-in. We arrived late due to late start from Frankfurt. But the owners were kind enough to check us in. The only major draw back...

“What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. “Der Aufenthalt war dank des tollen Wellnessbereich und der aufmerksamen und super lieben Angestellten super. Die Zimmer und Duschen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Frühstück war grandios. So viel frisches unterschiedliches Obst hat man selten in einem Hotel.”

“The staff were super nice and helpful! The room we had viewed the castle which is beautiful day or night. I did have trouble getting comfortable in the bed it was slightly harder than my liking. My husband didn’t mind! Our only thing was the water from the open shower flowed out so I had piled the edge with towels so we it wouldn’t flood the bathroom or potentially slip getting out. Otherwise everything was great”

“Tolles Hotel mit herzlichen Gastgebern und guter Empfehlung Im Hotel Moseltor in Traben-Trarbach haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und nett, und das Frühstück war super. Besonders schön war auch die Empfehlung für die Planwagenfahrt, die vom Hotel kam. Die Kommunikation dort war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
