“Convenient location in downtown San Rafael. We stayed twice, two seperate times during the trip. The room we had the first time was clean and OK. The noise from the street below finally died down around mid-night. Second time we stayed the carpet smelled and the noise was even worse from the street. Staff was nice.”

“The place is very private, safe, and beautiful. The room & bathroom were large, we loved the high vaulted ceiling! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast far better than most places in the US! Great place, isolated so a driver or rented vehicle is a must but well worth it.”

“Una facciata coloniale ...un casermone dietro. Un arrogante addetto al check-in che non trovando la prenotazione ne’ con il numero ne’ con il nominativo si è permesso di dire che avevo sbagliato hotel! Una piscina inadeguata ma con una gentilissima ragazza. La camera basica e maleodorante. In conclusione : lontano 1000 miglia da un qualsiasi Hyatt. Il paragone con Park Hyatt Buenos Aires è imbarazzante”
