CUTE CONDO! You'll find fabulous value and comfort in this 2 BR, 2 BA condo in the amenity-rich community of The Grande at Canal Pointe. The perfect landing spot for exploring the beaches and activities in Rehoboth Beach, DE. (approx. 20 minute walk, 10 min bike ride or 5 minute drive to the sand)! So many things to do . . . bodysurfing the waves in the Atlantic, strolling the boardwalk, riding the bike trail through the beautiful State Parks or to Historic Lewes, shopping in the unique boutiques, or dining in the wonderful restaurants in Rehoboth, (both gourmet and traditional beach fare!) If you don't feel like leaving the community, you'll love the 2 community pools, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center and kiddie playgrounds. Sleeping 6, the condo is comfortably furnished with a King in primary suite, a Double in guest bedroom and a Double Sofa bed in LR. Condo is on the 3rd Fl, but the building offers a spacious elevator. NO pets or smoking please. Guests pay an $100 cleaning fee for all stays.
Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
