Adorable 3 bdrm townhome - Pool and Great Location - walk to the beach!

Location! House renovated in 2021! Best of Dewey Beach! Townhouse with pool-Oceanside of Rt.1 and 2 blocks to the lifeguarded beach! Located in the residential north end of Dewey in walking distance to Restaurants/Nightlife only a few blocks away. Quaint market 1 block down. Trolley to Rehoboth. Ample beach space on north Dewey beaches with lifeguards. House fully renovated with new flooring throughout, added full bath in master bedroom, updated bathrooms and furnishings. Dog friendly beach.

RENOVATION! New hardwood and master ensuite bath added in 2021. Perfect for families or friends beach week vacation or a weekend get away!

Located in the north end of Dewey Beach in quiet Rehoboth by the Sea area with beach 2 blocks away and East of Route 1 (no crossing busy Coastal Highway). Park your car and leave it for your stay!

Centrally located to walk everywhere in Dewey or take a short bike ride or Jolley Trolley ride into Rehoboth for lunch, dinner, shopping. 5 blocks north of the Starboard, Cork, Dewey Brew Company. 2 blocks south of new Forgotten Mile Brew Pub to open in May 2021. Hop on the Jolley Trolley ($5 roundtrip) 1 block from the house and head into Rehoboth for shopping, exquisite restaurants and boardwalk fun!

Jersey Street beach is wide and provides lots of space to spread out. Walking/bike trails in Lewes and Rehoboth are nearby. Bring your bikes, new bike rack installed in community area to secure bikes. Charcoal grills are available throughout community as well.

Pfifer’s Farm market is one block over for drinks/snacks/produce and sandwiches. The townhouse community is a mix of renters and friendly owners in a quiet community. Pool is shared by community and open from 10am-10pm - a huge plus for kids or a great alternative to the beach. Sheets and towels are not provided. 2 Queens and 4 twins (bunks).

Full kitchen and washer/dryer in home.

Location

We had a great time during our stay. The location is favorable near the beach, market, restaurants and bars. The house was a little worn with things broken, walls dinged, scratched. We also arrived at check in time and the house was not cleaned which was disappointing and then even after the cleaners left, they still didn’t remove the trash. Having to bring your own sheets and towels is somewhat of an inconvenience when trying to be on vacation and relax.We still have a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and being close to the beach.

Family trip

Property and our stay was overall was good. We were a family of 5 and one pup. A few things to consider: *House is located on costal highway, which is a very busy road. So be very mindful with pets and small children. *Pool was great! *A nice 5-7min walk to the beach. *House has lots of stairs (3 levels) and are not carpeted. *Does not have a backyard or really an outdoor patio area. There are chairs outside the front door but kind of awkward to sit there. *Property owner did reply quickly to our questions/requests. *Overall quiet neighborhood.

Fun in the sun!

We had a girls vacation here and it was wonderful. Close to the beach and Dewey. The pool was so nice at the end of a long day! We would love to stay again! The host was very nice and responsive!

family friendly (walk to beach)

Overall neat, clean and freshly painted. Lvg/dining furnishings made the most of limited space to give the basics needs for a family. Building is quiet. TV youtube & netflix many shutdowns, maybe needs upgrade. Wastebaskets & miirrors in all bedrooms would be nice. Toilet paper was not adequately supplied, we bought it. Good location for beach access and very nice pool. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.
