BEACH BLOCK freshly updated condo steps to the boardwalk, restaurants & shopping

  • 3 bedroom (4 beds plus BRAND NEW IN 2026 sleeper sofa) and 2 full bath condo located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach just steps to the beach. Start your day with a walk on the boardwalk, less than 200 steps away. Have dinner at any one of the amazing restaurants in town, then take a stroll to Penny Lane right across the street. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer located in bathroom. This unit is located on the second floor, guests must be able to walk up stairs. Four Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for any unmetered spot in town are provided, in addition to one parking spot in lot. Linens are not provided. Guests must purchase $79 Vacation Rental damage insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
    Between May 15th -September 1st 7 night minimum, Saturday-Saturday. Short term stays welcome during shoulder and off season. Monthly and long term rentals available October-May, please inquire for rates and details.
    Please report any damages upon arrival. If damages are not reported, they will be considered self-inflicted. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. Basic check out procedure includes tenant cleaning/returning dishes, removing food from refrigerator, returning pillows and blankets in place and removing trash to deposit in outside receptacle.
    Owners are not responsible for injury, loss, theft and damage to your belongings, or self while at the rental. The property owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property.

Great Location!

We had a great experience with this stay! Location was excellent with easy access to everything - restauraunts, shopping, the beach and boardwalk all right out the door. It made the stay and getting around very enjoyable and easy. The arrangement of the beds and rooms worked great for us and having two bathrooms was really helpful with our larger family.

We stayed for one night so we could enjoy 2 full days at the beach. Great location, super cozy. we were a group of 5 so it worked well for sleeping. Well stocked, would definitely stay there again

The place was in a fantastic location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Ot was clean and orderly. There were 2 down sides. First, the parking was tight, if you went during the summer season it might be very difficult. Second, the lighting in the place was poor, not enough lamps and many wereinadequate.

Great find

Great location to beach and boardwalk, no outside porch to sit on but definitely plenty of room inside and was clean. Loved that we could keep car parked there the whole time, everything in walking distance or a trolley ride away.

The rental was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked with glassware, dishes and utensils. The location is awesome and parking options too! We loved our mini getaway 😊

Great apartment for a short couple or family stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Super clean! Loved being close to the beach and everything else. Parking is nice to have in the lot.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! Clean house, plenty of room and just steps from the beach. Owner was super nice and replied promptly to any questions I had. We will definitely rent again!!! Already planning our next stay.

Lovely place to celebrate!

Me, my husband, his brother, and his new fiancée all spent New Year's eve in this lovely place! Perfect location, walking distance to everything Rehoboth! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! Beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious! Really enjoyable stay! Would stay again and recommend highly! Host was friendly and wonderful to work with.

The property is a fabulous location 1/2 block to the beach. Very clean, kitchen has everything you could want and need. Chelsea was responsive when we locked ourselves out! Look forward to returning.

Nice stay in Rehoboth Beach

Our overall stay was very nice. The place has a great location, was clean and listing was accurate. Only 1 issue with some of the outlets in the Living Room were not working but the owner messaged me before our check in about the issue to let me know. Would be nice to have additional cable TV channels than were available. Thanks

The location was very convenient and comfortable. The showers were huge :-) The only issue we had was getting "notes" on our vehicle stating we would be towed for parking out back. We had the tag in, and the issue resolved itself , just someone being cranky I guess. But we look forward to returning!
