Spacious house, a reasonable walk to the beach and the included parking pass is an added bonus to save some steps with your beach gear. Easy check in/out process and plenty of parking. 12 minute walk to Dogfish head. Overall we had a great stay!

The home was comfortable and spacious w everything we needed for a few nights stay. We did need to drive to beach and to the main Avenue but we had plenty of beach time with lovely chairs supplied. Wtime

Great location to walk to Rehoboth! The owners could definitely benefit from a better cleaner! In other reviews of this property, other people who have stayed here also commented about it not being very clean. The house also has no book of instructions. Like internet passwords or instructions on who to contact if there is a problem, and what to do when you you leave. Over all we had a great stay and the home has so much potential to be really nice. At the moment I would say it’s just ok.

Beautiful home in Rehoboth

A great home with loads of space for a great getaway. The only issue we had was that the cleaners were a little less than stellar. We arrived to the powder room sink drain stuck, paper towels in the upstairs toilet and some dusty drawers and areas. The owners and property manager were both extremely responsive which was greatly appreciated. If they could employ better cleaners, perhaps doing a deeper clean every so often, this place would be absolutely perfect.

Awesome stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 8 girls. The interior is super clean and it is beautifully renovated and decorated. I wanted to move in! its a quick 4 minute drive to the boardwalk and a parking pass is included with the house. I would certainly stay at this property again.

Best friends weekend

Three best friends got away for the weekend and enjoyed time laughing, eating and drinking. Our place was so clean and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. Will definitely be returning and staying here again!

Fantastic Condo, Great Location

We had a great time here. It is a quick 10 - 15 minute walk to anywhere in Rehoboth. And it’s a beautiful renovated condo. Only small gripe is the floors were still dirty when we arrived so we had to sweep. Other than that it was fantastic and we would stay again.

That "hotel" feeling at home

As this was our first experience with VRBO I wasn't quite sure what to expect and was a little confused at check-in. When I clicked on "needing help" on the app, I was immediately connected to the owner of the property who was extremely helpful. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the unit. For one it was beautiful! Newly remodeled, fresh and clean, and with every amenity needed and then some. Right down to the cell phone charging pads available in each room. I loved the kitchen island which had more than enough seating for all of us to gather around and the back porch was perfect to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Personally I loved the shower setup and the river rock flooring. Each room was bright and airy, giving it that fresh Seashore feeling. The bedding was a firm but cool memory foam and the pillows were that fluffy Hotel feeling pillows that I especially love. The location was perfect. Well off the beaten path but close enough to bicycle or short drive to the beach. It was an extremely positive first time experience for us. I'm sure we'll repeat it again soon!
