Located just 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk and 1 block to Rehoboth Avenue, this nicely appointed townhouse is the perfect vacation spot! Features include a great community pool, open living area, private patio that is perfect for grilling, 2nd floor deck, 2 car off-street parking.

Great stay; the place has everything you need in the kitchen, and there's great parking for 2 cars under the balcony. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the back patios as well. It is a 12-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and neat and quiet!

Fantastic home in a great location. As a family of five we had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking quick meals, home is nicely appointed with quality furniture, cleaning supplies and starter supply of paper products. From the backside of the condo it was a quick ten minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay here. Very walkable location with coffee shop, vast dining options, and nightlife all just a short stroll away. The beach is a quick 10-12 minute walk from residence to the boards. I’ll look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is a great little condo! Our family of two adults and two kids was really enjoyed it for our one week stay. It is exactly as pictured in the listing — clean, not cluttered and well equipped. Great stuff: enough hooks/drawer/shelf space, nice pans, comfy beds, little extra house products if you forget yours, a place to lock your bikes, clean/nice pool, super friendly condo neighbors that give off friendly vibes. We used the patio and grill a few times which was cozy. Any time we wanted to eat or shop we just walked since it was so close. Lastly, the owner was really nice. We had to change our week which was quick and easy, and we also left an item in the condo which he spent a lot of time/effort recovering for us.

Quiet and Tranquil, Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and well provisioned. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and in the outdoor patio. Feels secluded even though we are a few blocks from the beach. Great location and comes with two dedicated parking spots. Outdoor gas grill was awesome. Spacious enough for all the kids and parents to have their own space. A spiral staircase is used to go between floors.

Great Get Away

We loved this place. Would definitely stay there again. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and well furnished for a lovely stay. The patio, with gas grill, were an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location and convenient parking. I would not stay here if you have a problem climbing stairs due to spiral staircase.

Perfect Location and Adorable Condo

The condo is such a great little spot for a quick weekend getaway. My friends and I loved the location - a quick walk to the main drag of Rehoboth. The condo was clean, well laid out, and cozy. We will definitely book again for next year!

Great Place

Just got back from a few days in Rehoboth and stayed at David’s place. Very clean, well supplied, everything works and place is kept up to date so no old furniture, blankets etc. all good here. The one thing you have to take into consideration is the spiral staircase. Not good for children or adults who can’t climb a latter.
