Awesome location in Rehoboth
Great location with easy walk to all the restaurants and shops on the Main Street, and few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Easy check-in, clear house instructions, and two parking spots.

Great beach spot for the Family
We had a great time staying here during our long beach weekend. The house is perfectly located near the main strip of Rehoboth beach and within a very nice community with a couple of parks nearby. Our kids loved the parks and proximity to everything. No issues during our time here and everything had clear instructions as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great family spot near the beach that is affordable and comfortable.

Nice Quiet Area
We have rented in this complex for years. It is a very nice well maintained complex. So glad its pet friendly. It's not far from the boardwalk. But yet far enough out there's no noise. The condo was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again! Thank you Courtney for share your rental!

Our Get Away!
Our stay at your townhouse was wonderful. There was plenty of room and space for storage. The bedrooms were spacious and well organized and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of room for items needed. The steps were a little challenging at first but after a few times up and down they became less so! As for the kitchen, it was stocked with everything we needed. Maybe a Keurig in the future? The kitchen table was great! We loved the size and comfort of it. Having the downstairs bathroom was a plus too! It was nice to have the outdoor patio. If the weather was better we would have used it more. The parking was excellent, especially being that it was covered. Finally, the location couldn’t have been better. It was only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer for sure. We look forward to coming down again!

We have stayed in this condo 4 times in the past with friends and this time had our 10 yr old grandson. We love the location close to every thing. The pool is delightful. Very clean and well kept condo. The host is very kind and responsive to any needs. Our 9 yr old Lab loves this place too. Thankyou for a great week

We had a great time at this cute beach house. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to all our favorite places in town. We will definitely rent again! It was nice to meet our gracious host next door.

A little slice of Heaven…
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was very convenient to everything. All the little things you need are thought of and neighbors are quite friendly. Nice community pool and landscaping top notch. We brought our Shih-Tzu and she loved it. Highly recommended!!

The perfect place!
So many great things to say about our stay in Rehoboth! Courtney is an amazing host, extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house couldn’t have been in a more perfect location, we walked everywhere! Everything was clean and the home instructions were so easy to follow (which isn’t always the case when you rent a house). We can’t wait to come back and stay here!

Wonderful Stay
This an excellent property just steps away from all that Rehoboth Ave. has to offer. The house is pet friendly and Courtney is a responsive and friendly host. The only caution I would give is that the elegant spiral staircase to the second floor may not be suitable for families with small children. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return!

Another great stay!
This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first stay. The location is PERFECT--we walked everywhere the whole time we were in Rehoboth. We have rented this pet friendly property several times over the years. Property is clean and the host is very responsive to guest inquiries and needs. Location is great, only a short walk to Rehoboth Ave. and the beach. We will be back!

The condo is at a great location for downtown activities. The neighborhood is quiet and very quaint. Check in and check out is super easy. Condo was very clean. Loved we could take our small dog. We will definitely rent again.

Loved the location and the ability to bring my dog
Overall, we had a great experience. The location was lovely and the house was well stocked. It could have been cleaner (I found used kids underwear under the bed from previous guests). However, it was important to me to bring my large dog and we were permitted to do so which made me super happy and that is why I highly recommend it.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway
We found the property to be just as described. It was very clean and plenty of room for 2 couples. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. There is a little path from the parking lot which puts you right in the M&T lot (right on the Main Street). You will need to walk a few blocks to the beach but we didn’t mind. The weather wasn’t quite hot enough for us to use the pool, so I can’t provide feedback there. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay
Property with perfect location, close to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property's location provides an excellent opportunity to visit the city's beaches, shops, restaurants and events as it is very close to Rehoboth Avenue. The house has all the structure and utensils that a family needs, and it is also possible to enjoy the condominium pool and a delicious barbecue, made in the barbecue available on the property. We definitely recomend and will come back.

This is a great location and well within walking distance to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. Check in process was very easy. It is clean, spacious and perfect for the family. There is covered parking right outside the door. Great communication with the property manager.

Lovely place to stay
This condo was perfect for our needs! Really close to the main boulevard, and a few blocks to the beach. It was very quiet and exceptionally clean. We had no problems at all...couldn't have been easier to check in and out, and was exactly as described. We will stay here again. Just one note for families staying with small children...the spiral staircase is directly outside of the second bedroom (the one with 2 twin beds). If you have little ones that get up in the middle of the night, I would be concerned that they might accidentally go down the stairs, so I would recommend bringing a baby gate just in case. Don't let that stop you, though...this condo is great, and the owner is lovely. 5 stars.

Even better than advertised!
The pictures don't do this beautiful condo justice- it was immaculately clean, updated, and a perfect location just steps from the main drag in Rehoboth, but in a very quiet community. Our host was great at communicating. We hope to be back again!

Loved loved loved it!
This was our first visit to Rehobeth Beach and we could not have found a better place to stay. Close to EVERYTHING! The unit was clean and exactly as described… no “oh no” surprises at all. The spiral staircase was cute… would not recommend for someone who has trouble with stairs. Thank you for the hospitality and lightning fast communication. You are top notch in our book! We hope we are welcomed back as this will be our first choice.
