Hotel in zona Bayside, Rehoboth Beach

“Amazing stay, we booked the sand castle room & the room was perfect, quiet, full streaming services provided, a fire place, the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was perfect, far from an overcrowded hotel , we practically felt like we had the place to ourselves… not a far drive from the beach town & the beach … the host were friendly and extremely accommodating.. just an overall 10/10 no notes ! perfect and will definitely be returning!”

“Rooms were clean. The staff was responsive to requests. Breakfast was fairly typical of a Continental Breakfast - waffles, cereal, yogurt, English muffins, bagels, etc. Pool was slightly chilly, but the hot tub was finally working after being out of service for several years. Appears to be under new management, but no significant changes from previous years. We have stayed here a number of times before and will do so again.”

“The hotel was nice and clean. The representative who greeted us upon checkin and checkout was very helpful and friendly. Guests much requests room service daily. I recommend you bring extra towels. Also, recommend you request a receipt upon leaving especially, if you have early checkout. Unfortunately, I will not be considering this hotel for future stay.”

“The staff was polite, available and helpful. Their presence was known but not overbearing. I appreciated that they only allow someone 21+ to book, which means you aren’t at risk of a senior week crowd. There are also quiet hours 10 pm-7 am which I appreciated. I was traveling with an 8 year old and we were surrounded by other families but I could not hear them- which says something about sound proofing. The windows were also floor to ceiling which made for stunning views.”

“Whole experience was very satisfactory, property is maintained well, room are very spacious especially the bathroom is huge. I love the fact that was so many kids channels at the TV, my kid loved watching her favorite cartoons. Great experience, we will come back.”

“The staff were amazing, the pool was cleaned everyday and the hammocks were comfortable. This location from the hotel to the beach was 2 blocks maybe a 5 minute walk. Great time and will return next year.”

“Excellent location! 2 minute walk to the ocean on one side. 2 minute walk to the bay on the other side. NOTE: this place charges $15 per night for parking. This is a deal. Parking around town is $4 an hour. This hotel is conveniently located so you should be able to walk every place and not be ripped off by paying outrageous parking fees.”

“My daughter checked in her room at 2pm the bedroom and shower was never cleaned. It’s 120pm the following day and the room has not been cleaned from the previous guest”

“Our room was not cleaned when we got there at 3. They did let us park which was great but came back at 4:15 and still not ready. Very kind lady at desk I think her name is Karen really apologized . We had things for the fridge and unloaded the car and sat outside the room until staff was done at 4:30. This was our first visit to that hotel so didn’t make a great impression. Thanks”
