Questa proprietà gestita dal proprietario è il luogo di vacanza per te !!! Infinite viste sull'acqua delizieranno in ogni direzione. Tramonti incredibili possono essere visti da entrambi i mazzi molto grandi. Questo cottage Bayfront luminoso e arredato in modo confortevole è stato completamente rinnovato alcuni anni fa. I proprietari mantengono questa proprietà aggiornata e apportano miglioramenti ogni anno.

Il cottage con due camere da letto e due bagni completi è completamente attrezzato per farvi trascorrere una vacanza rilassante o un fantastico weekend fuori stagione. Il cottage avrà tutte le comodità di cui avrete bisogno: lenzuola, asciugamani, lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina completa, TV nel soggiorno ed entrambe le camere da letto con WIFI gratuito. Una camera da letto (soppalco / bagno completo) ha due letti queen size e il secondo piano camera da letto al piano terra ha anche un letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le camere da letto hanno una splendida vista sull'acqua e sono di fronte all'acqua. Avrai anche una griglia a gas Weber per cucinare fuori due biciclette e due kayak.

Porta con te la tua barca, puoi attraccare al molo situato sulla proprietà. Facile accesso alla baia di Assawomen ea pochi minuti da tutti gli "hotspot" di Ocean City

   Questa proprietà prenota molto rapidamente a causa della zona rilassata in cui ci troviamo ma a pochi minuti dalle spiagge del Delaware e del Maryland.

Il cottage è perfetto per le tue vacanze in famiglia o per una coppia. Siamo fuori dalla rotta 54 a sole 2 miglia dalle spiagge.

Tutte le tariffe pubblicate includevano tutte le tasse e le commissioni.

We loved our long weekend at the cottage. Beautiful property. Enjoyed being right on the water. There are 2 bikes and 2 kayaks available. Paul is a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay!! Highly Recommend

The property and location were absolutely fantastic!! By far our favorite property we have ever rented in the Ocean City/Fenwick area. The cottage was stocked with every supply we needed; the beds were very comfortable; the location was extremely quiet and there were lots of ways to enjoy the waterfront location. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. We enjoyed grilling out and watching the beautiful sunset each night. My daughter loved kayaking, fishing, crabbing and playing the games at the property. Paul was very responsive and excellent to work with. A all around.

Just Perfect!

We had a great time at the Fenwick cottage! It had everything we could possibly need. It was so relaxing sitting outside on the decks watching the water, sunsets, birds, etc. We didn't want to leave!

Best Stay!

This is my third stay at this beautiful cottage on the bay and I continue to be blown away by the beauty of the property. It is always spotlessly clean and I feel the owners go above and beyond by providing sheets, towels and bathroom and kitchen soaps for the stay. This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I’m craving a beach vacation!

Bayberry Cottage is the best

Really nice rental, well stocked, in a great location in Fenwick / Selbyville. Close to OCMD (Northern end) and many restaurants without having to go into OCMD. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS....Morning sun rises from the kitchen; beautiful sunsets from either the 1st or 2nd floor decks!! Hoping to get back soon!

Peaceful retreat

Off season, a peaceful cottage to relax, unwind, and get away. Beautiful bay sunsets right from your back porches. Paul was a pleasure to work with. Close drive to Ocean City, too. An all around enjoyable stay!

Great stay by the Bay

We had a lovely and relaxing week at this Fenwick cottage. It is just as described right on the bay with beautiful views and a quiet setting. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Little Cottage

Our stay at the Fenwick Island Cottage is one we will not forget! The cottage was very cute, clean and in a nice and quiet location. It was just what I was hoping it to be and my family enjoyed the peacefulness as much as I did. I have told many friends and coworkers about this location. I'm definitely planning to come back again soon.

Fenwick cottage

This home was located with spectacular views. Sunsets were incredibly. The dock was nice for fishing and crabbing. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Fantastic views

House with beautiful views of the bay. Super comfortable and relaxing. Great covered deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. Sometimes too relaxing. We got a late start to the day. 4 adults stayed and we had 15 others in the area. We had plenty of parking when we all got together. Enjoyed a nice cookout.

Fenwick Cottage

Perfect location. Quiet but convenient to dining and shopping. Love the neighborhood, perfect for walking dogs. Our two small dogs loved it. One had visited before and remembered the vacation routine. We’ll be back!

Cozy property with great views. As others have said, it’s very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. We used the kayaks every night. Our shy dog had a wonderful time.

Check in process was simply and easy. Great property with unbeatable views. Close to so many good restaurants and short distance to several beaches. Enjoyable for both the adults and the kids in the group. Free use of kayaks and bikes a plus. Quiet neighborhood and good communication from the owners. Would book again. Already recommended to friends and family.

Beautiful, special place

Bayberry Cottage is truly a gem with amazing water views, spacious interior ( both myself and my fiancé were working), and just perfect amenities. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place right on the water with close access to restaurants, beach and more! Host was incredibly gracious, polite and friendly. Watching the bay at sunset AND sunrise. Just. Beautiful.

Fantastic Accommodations

The rental was a cute cottage nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. Our vacation stay for our anniversary was peaceful and quiet. The rental was stocked with pots and pans, Keurig, dishes, gas grill etc…. It had everything we needed for our gourmet meals we cooked. It also had a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. It was very clean and well maintained. They even included a few courtesy items such as paper towels. I would not hesitate to rebook this charming place.
