Condominio pulito e recentemente aggiornato 3BR / 2BA. Vicino a tutto ciò che le spiagge del Delaware hanno da offrire: shopping esentasse presso i Tanger Outlets, ristoranti fantastici, a circa 10 minuti in auto dalla spiaggia. Riposati, rilassati e fuggi in questa spiaggia. Parcheggio, accesso alla piscina (solo in estate), e cavo e WI-FI sono inclusi.

Estate: solo il sabato e il sabato Date di check-in / out flessibili fuori stagione.

Recentemente aggiornato, bello e pulito 3 BR / 2 bagno completo condominio è il perfetto rifugio dal trambusto della vita quotidiana, ma con i comfort di casa. Questo spazioso 2 ° piano, condominio unità di fine offre una vista della piscina laguna e della comunità dalla schermato-in-veranda e adiacente piattaforma esposta al sole.

Il condominio può ospitare comodamente 8 (1 king - camera da letto principale w / bagno completo, 1 letto queen size, 2 letti matrimoniali / matrimoniali). Camera da letto principale ha un bagno completo in allegato e due camere da letto rimanenti hanno accesso al bagno principale completo. Ogni camera ha un cassettone, armadio, ventilatore a soffitto, e una TV a schermo piatto w / Roku per lo streaming dei tuoi programmi preferiti.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha recenti aggiornamenti che includono tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui lavastoviglie, nuovi pentole / padelle antiaderenti e set di posate; un sacco di piatti, ciotole, bicchieri e utensili. Sala da pranzo separata può ospitare comodamente 6 mentre il bar per la colazione può ospitare altre 2 persone. Il portico schermato offre posti a sedere supplementari per quattro per mangiare all'aperto!

La zona giorno è confortevole con un grande divano componibile, televisione a schermo piatto con TV via cavo e accesso al patio soleggiato. Porta il tuo Chromecast / Amazon Primestick / Roku per guardare Netflix, Hulu e altri servizi. TV via cavo e internet ad alta velocità / wifi forniti. Parcheggio gratuito in loco, lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità (portare il detersivo preferito), pass per la piscina per i mesi estivi, aria condizionata centrale, due biciclette pieghevoli e prodotti di pulizia di base disponibili durante il soggiorno. Gli ospiti dovranno fornire i propri articoli da toeletta (shampoo, sapone, ecc.) E prodotti di carta (un rotolo di carta igienica per bagno e un rotolo di carta assorbente al momento del check-in, se avete bisogno di ulteriore carta igienica e asciugamani di carta dovrete fornire). Le lenzuola sono incluse in questo noleggio (lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno).

Posizione, posizione, posizione! A breve distanza in auto o in bicicletta verso la spiaggia o prendere un autobus da uno dei parchi / giostre fino a Rehoboth / Dewey Beach. Situato di fronte Rt. 1 dalle fantastiche negozi outlet (shopping tax free !!), i ristoranti sono a pochi passi di distanza o guidare nel centro di Rehoboth o Lewes per ulteriori opzioni. Posizione adatta alle famiglie con facile accesso a tanti ottimi servizi, tra cui il parco acquatico di Jungle Jim, la passerella di Rehoboth, il minigolf, il cinema, i bar e le birrerie e molto altro ancora.

Il check-in non è precedente alle 15:00 e il check-out è alle 10:00. Il check-out è richiesto a causa del tempo di turn-over per il prossimo noleggio.

Everything was very clean. The only thing that needed to be cleaned was the air vent in the dinning room. Was covered in dust. We ended up vacuuming it ourselves. My granddaughter has severe allergies and asthma.

We had a wonderful experience at the Coastal Beach Retreat home. The home is simply beautiful and it leaves nothing out to want for. From the kitchen being stocked with plates bowls pots and pans all utensils and spices, it leaves nothing out if you want to cook a good home cooked meal. The living room is very inviting with its beautiful sectional couch and big screen tv. All the bedrooms are cozy and the mattresses leave you feeling rested after a night out or a long day at the beach. The home is just top notch. Brian the host is excellent with communication and sent a message the very first morning to see if there was anything we needed to assist with our stay. That made us feel very welcomed and for anyone who may need to ask questions for ideas or about the home itself he was very attentive in communicating and getting back with us in a timely manner. The area is perfect also it’s close to everything and anything you want to do, beaches, shopping and restaurants. You can’t go wrong with renting this beautiful home! Thanks Brian for everything!!! We will be back!

The unit presents well in photos but has a cheap feel in person. It doesn’t help that the unit looks out onto a trailer park behind the building. In addition, it is very LOUD! Judging from some of the other comments and the fact they have sound machines in every room, this must be a persistent complaint. Unfortunately, the sound machines did little to drown out what sounded like a rodeo happening above us at 3AM. The location leaves much to be desired. It is on a major commercial drag but has almost no walkability because you're sandwiched between strip malls and cannot easily cross the street. Moreover, it can only be accessed from one side of the highway. This meant we often had to drive past the property and pull a U-turn at the nearest traffic light, which sometimes added ten minutes to the commute from the beach. I would recommend looking somewhere else if staying in Rehoboth, particularly if you are a light sleeper or have kids.

Great property close to the beach

The owner takes pride in this property and it shows. The place was very clean, new furniture, three spacious bedrooms, stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal with a nice covered porch. Great location with a quick drive to the beach and close enough to jog if you are up for a morning run.

Great apartment - all the amenities in a convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at The Palms! The unit was very comfortable for two families split among 2 bedrooms. The place was clean and nicely decorated with fully stocked kitchen. There were pool toys and beach chairs available for our use. The unit is a short car trip away from the beach, outlets, and mini golf as well as many nice restaurants. The pool was a highlight and we spent the full day there one of they days with the kids who had a blast! Would happily stay here again!

Nice Place to Stay

My family stayed in two different condos in the Palms. This unit was updated with all amenities and beautifully furnished. The access to the pool was great. We ended up having a family day by the pool and it was wonderful! I would highly recommend this property.

Cousins Girls Trip

The unit was perfect!!! Very clean with plenty of parking. While it wasn't on the beach the pool area was great and well maintained. The location was close to great restaurants, outlet shopping and anything you could have wanted. There were a few really nice touches...The towels and bedding smelled like Downy and there were lots of cleaning supplies. Another great touch was a full spice rack. I would highly recommend and if I was in the area definitely stay again. Thanks Brian!!!

So bad we left after 1 night

This was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had. The unit itself was clean and fairly well stocked but there is a significant issue with the neighbors. It was a known issue with the neighbors in the upper unit which you can see in a prior review and which was acknowledged by the property manager who gave us our money back the next day after a night of pure hell where we got ZERO sleep after a very long day of travel due to the losers above us. Aside from the sheer ignorance of the individuals it is alarming how poorly constructed this property was that made the noise so problematic. I will give 2 stars based on the cleanliness and for the fact that the property manager agreed to refund us and for acknowledging the issue and the fact that it’s been an issue for some time. There are so many places to stay in the area that I’d urge you to look elsewhere.

The property was close to beach, close to outlets, beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, the screened in porch was perfect, the kitchen was stocked, no shortage of supplies, towels and linens were great!! The only thing we would change would be the neighbors upstairs. :)

We went down to Rehoboth for the first time for my mother’s birthday and we had so much fun. We were so impressed and happy with the place. It was way bigger than expected, extremely clean and organized all around. The beds were comfy, the neighbors/area were nice and quiet and friendly. We will definitely be booking again for next year’s family vacation!
